Review the following important information regarding logins:

1. Passwords have changed
   • The "@", "&", "^", "(" and ")" characters will not be usable within Passwords.
2. All passwords are now case sensitive.
3. All passwords were converted to lower case.
   • Note: If you use the Renaissance Data Integrator (RDI), please share any password changes that you have discussed with your Renaissance Data Integration Specialist.
4. Administrators will be prompted to change their password upon first logging in.
