Pre-K Portable Building Remediation / Restoration

Bids due not later than 10/25/2021 at 1PM.

Chapel Hill Independent School District (CHISD) will be accepting bids for the remediation and restoration of water damage on a portable building used for pre-kindergarten. Bids will be accepted until 1 PM on Monday, October 25, 2021. Bids may be delivered to 1069 CR 4660; Mount Pleasant, TX 75455 in the Business Office. All bids should be clearly marked ‘PRE-K RFP – DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 10/25 AT 1 PM.’ A pre-inspection of the building is required prior to submission and all submissions received for which no pre-inspection was performed will be disqualified and rejected. CHISD reserves the right to accept any bid or portion of bid OR to reject all bids.
